Fly over and see inside Midloch’s newest industrial investment just south of the Pittsburgh airport. This Class A industrial property — our first investment in Pennsylvania — is a new 99,500 SF warehouse and distribution center. Pittsburgh’s a fast-growing logistics hub that serves large markets in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic. Midloch’s investment is through Midloch Value Fund II.

Come see inside The Malt House, the historic building we just acquired in downtown Milwaukee. The iconic property was originally constructed in 1882 for Pabst Brewing. In 2021 it was redeveloped as modern multifamily apartments with a historic aesthetic. Midloch’s investment in The Malt House is through Midloch Value Fund III, which is open to new investors.

Fly over and see inside Midloch’s newest industrial investment: Beltline Industrial in Madison, Wisconsin, which can accommodate warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing uses. Completed in 2023, the Class A property on Madison’s southeast side has direct access to multiple Interstates and other highways -- well positioned to serve Milwaukee and Chicago. Midloch’s investment is through Midloch Value Fund III, which is open to new investors.

Baseline Industrial in Phoenix consists of two small-bay buildings and two additional acres of industrial outdoor storage. Demand for last-mile industrial in infill locations like metro Phoenix remains strong, and we’ve been able to increase rents as a result. We invested in Baseline Industrial through Midloch Value Fund II and Value Fund III.
